Donations from within the U.S. are tax-deductible, as Give to Cure is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit.
Absolutely. You don’t need to be a millionaire to make an impact. For instance, if everyone with Alzheimer’s donated $15, Give To Cure would be able to fund enough clinical trials to statistically find a treatment that worked! Spread the word to your family, friends and colleagues; like us on Facebook; tweet about us; share your Friend network; and sponsor an Alzheimer’s patient today.
Give To Cure targets treatments developed by independent biotechs and academics, not traditional pharma. Our goal is to provide an alternative source of funds to alleviate the funding bottleneck and facilitate clinical trials with the highest potential of impact based on science.
Give To Cure targets Phase I and Phase II clinical trials that typically cost between $5 and $15M each. In our initial Alzheimer’s campaign, we are looking to raise approx. $25MM to be allocated across 5 trials. $25MM sounds like a small amount to cure Alzheimer’s but since trials have 1 in 5 likelihood to become a drug in the marketplace, it may be enough.
100% of the proceeds will go to the clinical trials.  In other words, aside from third party costs (manufacturing and shipping costs) every cent will go to the clinical trials.
As an aside, as we are a registered 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization. if you purchase any of our merchandise, the donation portion is tax-deductible.
We depend on private donors, foundations and sponsors to cover salaries, operations and other overhead. We depend on them to provide the necessary support so we can continue to scale the organization, expand our impact, and continue to accelerate cures and treatments for society’s most pressing health needs.
